From February to May and September to December is considered as the best season in Nepal for beautiful time and climate. March and April is known as the beautiful season of Nepal’s national flower Rhododendron and many more other beautiful flowers and October and November is the national festival time Dashain and Tihar (festival of lights).

June, July and August is rainy season in Nepal. But some regions of Trans-Himalayan Nepal like Mustang, Dolpo and Kanchanjunga can be visited during monsoon because it doesn’t rain compared to other regions of Nepal.

Mid December to mid-February is winter season in Nepal.

Due to bad weather conditons, sometimes flights can be delayed or cancelled. Similarly in case of natural disaster, landslide or bus breakdown, guide can change the program. It should be reminded that most local transoporation are not very punctual.
